We are an Events Planning company which specializes in design experiences outside through picnics. We provide all the necessary decorations, food and drinks to make any occasion at any location a special one.
Hi, I am Johana Lamberti owner of Private Picnics I am always inspired to help clients by ensuring they were taken care of in all aspects. With my love for people, designing and event planning, I decide to start Private Picnics. I have a degree in marketing and a certification in event planning, so I have been taught on how to handle any event no matter how big or small. Prior to starting Private Picnics, I have done over 100 events in various aspects from Event Planner, Flower Decorator, Bartender and Event Coordinator. Private Picnics is designed to be a place where the community can share their special day together, forgetting their worries and just enjoy quality time with one another.
Setup
At Private Picnics we take care of every last detail in the setup. All our packages have stylish picnic settings for your occasion (Blankets, Pillow, Tables). At Private Picnics we take care of each of the details for the assembly of your picnic, all our picnics have been created for the comfort of our clients, so each picnic has all the necessary elements to enhance the senses. We also set the scene for your comfort with a picnic table, absorption pillows, silverware, glassware, utensils, napkins, candles, flowers, first aid kit, blankets and many other elements to make your evening something special.
Food & Drinks
All our picnics include a charcuterie board, dessert platter, soft drinks, where we work with different local vendors in San Diego to support our community.
Charcuterie boards are made up of a variety of meats and cheeses that are also accompanied by some crackers, fruits and much more (We will adapt to all food restrictions if necessary).
Desserts: We have a selected list of pastry chefs in San Diego that are experienced to make mouth watering desserts and will adapt to our clients depending on food preferences and restrictions.
Drinks: We have Reverse Osmosis Water, sodas, sparkling water, iced tea, juice, etc. You can select 1 per person from the list.
We offer additional on-site chefs or food delivery and beverage services, such as Bartender service, Sushi chefs, Venezuelan dishes, Italian Menu, etc. For these services we make additional charges and work with local restaurants in San Diego.
Services
Our services include all the installation and decoration of your picnic, the delivery of food, desserts and drinks so by the time of your arrival everything is perfectly coordinated for you to enjoy your picnic.
In the same way, after you have finished enjoying your special evening with us, you just can leave to enjoy the rest of the evening and we clean up the space where your event was organized.
